Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for custom IT, software, website, app and digital service projects.

Nature of Our Services

Most of our work is custom software, website, app, design, consulting and digital service work. Because custom work begins with planning, design, development and resource allocation, refunds are limited and depend on the stage of work completed.

Non-Refundable Items

Cancellation Before Work Starts

If the client cancels before any work, planning, purchase or resource allocation begins, refund may be considered after deducting payment gateway/bank charges and administrative charges, where applicable.

Cancellation After Work Starts

If work has started, charges will be calculated based on completed work, time spent, third-party costs and project stage. Any remaining refundable amount, if applicable, may be adjusted or refunded after review.

Revision Instead of Refund

For design or development dissatisfaction, we usually provide reasonable revisions within the agreed scope instead of direct refund. Changes outside agreed scope may be billed separately.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved in writing, processing may take reasonable business time depending on bank/payment provider timelines.
