Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to users, clients and visitors using One Code 99 Limited services including website development, app development, software development, billing systems and related IT services.

Services Covered

Project Scope & Changes

Project scope, features, timeline, price and deliverables will be decided based on quotation, invoice, proposal, WhatsApp/email communication or written confirmation. Any extra feature, redesign, integration or urgent delivery request may require additional charges and revised timeline.

Client Responsibilities

Ownership & Delivery

Final agreed deliverables will be handed over after payment clearance as per the project terms. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, hosting, APIs, payment gateways or external licenses remain subject to their own provider terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, third-party service downtime, hosting/domain issues, policy rejection by platforms, payment gateway approval/rejection, or issues caused by client-side changes after delivery.

Support & Maintenance

Free support, if any, will be limited to the period and scope mentioned in the invoice/proposal. New changes, new features, data entry, redesign, malware cleanup, server migration or third-party fixes may be chargeable.

Governing Law

These terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes should first be discussed mutually. Where required, jurisdiction will be subject to the appropriate courts/authorities as applicable to the business location and agreement.
